SHIPPING & PICKUP
Original Art Pieces
A shipping and packaging invoice will be sent after purchase of original art pieces. You can request an estimate before purchase by sending the size of the piece and full address to hello@burbond.com. All original paintings are final so we do recommend getting an estimate beforehand! Currently we ship original paintings within US and Canada only.
We recommend that you contact us for a shipping quote in advance, as we cannot offer refunds once the painting is purchased. Once contacted, please allow 2-3 business days for us to respond with your estimate invoice.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Columbia, MD. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-3 business days if an original painting. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at hello@burbond.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
IMPORTANT* I promise to do my part to assure that your purchase is wrapped and protected but once the item has left my studio, we are not liable for the way in which the carrier delivers your purchase. If there are problems with your purchase once it arrives, please contact us.
OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Everything You Need to Know
Original Art pieces, Custom orders and Sale Items cannot be returned. However if the item is defective, or damaged upon delivery, or if you receive the wrong item - please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept credit/debit cards, however no Paypal at the time being. You will find more information on the payment options at the checkout.
